GoogleI've been trying to get hold of a house to rent this was my third attempt in finding a property ...the whole process of booking in to view a property and then speaking to someone really needs to change .....I feel as though the first come first served idea just vague and to the point that we don't get an update to know when or if a property has gone ........ The staff speak so fast that it's like you are getting fobbed off not happy with the service

GoogleI selected Bridgfords at Burnley to sell my parents home for them. Colin + Melanie (and all the staff) were very professional, not at all pushy, offering great advice when I needed it. The sale was dealt with efficiently and I got almost daily updates on the progress. The property was sold within 2 weeks selling for 20% more than the suggested selling price! Always ringing to keep us updated even when little or no progress was being made. At least we knew she had her finger on the pulse! She listened to my regular rants about professional incompetencies (NOT Bridgfords) and smoothed my feathers - she kept me sane! Excellent communication throughout from valuer, negotiator and branch manager. Would definitely use again, very highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolute joke of an Estate agents. Seen a property as my daughter goes to school near and we are really struggling traveling. Was first person to ring and was advised landlord is doing work at the house so we can't view or apply yet. It was supposed to be our viewing today and just had a phone call saying our viewing has been cancelled as someone else has made an application. This is a very unprofessional company and would not recommend anyone to deal with this Estate agents. Keep away from these time wasters.

GoogleI went to Bridgefords after a miserable unsuccessful experience with another local estate agent that dragged on for a year. In comparison The Bridgefords team were like a breath of fresh air, they were attentive to the sale of my property , experienced about the local market, supportive through the whole process without being over bearing. Proactive in guiding my husband and I through the legal process to completion, guiding us with advice on our next purchase even though that was with a different agent . GoogleBridgfords are great I originally put my house on the market with another well known estate agents who I found not interested in selling my house uninformative and just lax Bridgfords on the other hand are the complete opposite can't give you enough information always keeping you in the loop with emails and text notifications I got the feeling they actually wanted to sell my house which they did within weeks of it being on the market ! I would highly highly recommend you use bridgefords over anyone else !

GoogleHaving to sell a house due to bereavement, I was not looking forward to the whole process. However, all the Burnley Bridgfords staff that we dealt with, starting when we called in trying to decide which estate agent to use (we left with the impression that they knew their stuff) to the last conversation once the sale was completed, made it a lot easier than it might have been. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful and I would heartily recommend Bridgfords of Burnley.
