Right from the outset when Rob and Courtney came to value my property Bridgfords Estate agents excelled in getting the best sale for me. Courtney was amazing. She took some details of what I was looking for and phoned me with some details. Within 3 days I had an offer and on the advice of Bridgfords I then went into a bidding war a week later after a further two put in offers. Unfortunately there was a long delay with my purchase but Bridgfords were brilliant keeping me informed. I spoke probably mostly to Beverley who really was so helpful but so was Melanie who also communicated with me. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Branch manager Beverly Drury was exceptionally helpful, always keeping me updated and well-informed throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I had many questions, and Beverly, along with the rest of the team, was always patient and supportive. A big thank you to Rob, Courtney, and Melanie, who were all incredibly helpful and approachable. However, I must give special recognition to Cerys, who truly went above and beyond. After I drove six hours from London, she kindly waited an extra 30 minutes after closing to hand over my keys, which was a gesture I truly appreciated. Recently purchased a property through Bridgfords Burnley. From the very first call - I was only passing by and I saw a “ For Sale” post . Felt it was ideal to call the agents first, as I didn’t Just want to bump on someone’s front door asking to sell their house to me. Beverly and her team were able to book a viewing in 10mins. Five months down the line , the property is Mine 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 No issues at all from The Team, any delay we had was due to unforeseen external factors . I will definitely be letting them take over the maintenance of the property once it’s time to let . Top Top Service I’ll rate them 9.5/10 💯🫡🫡. I’ll keep the 0.5 for myself 😂😂👊. Recently moved into our first home through Bridgfords. Thank you to Beverly, Nicola and the team who were always friendly and professional when we spoke to them. The viewing and offer processes were really smooth and straight forward. We were also provided with an app to track the progress of the purchase which was useful. Only slight issue we had was that we faced delays with our mortgage lender near the end of the process as we found out from our solicitor's report that the house was actually leasehold and not freehold as advertised (but we assume this was based off what the seller said). Overall very happy with our house, and the sold sign was removed after just 5 days of moving in 😊

What an absolute delight it has been liaising alongside Daniel and Samantha. They have helped ease the stress of finding a new home greatly for me and my husband after we received notice that our current landlord are selling our property. In just shy of 2 weeks we have been successfully able to view a be accepted to become new tenants of a property and I don't think it would have been possible without the help from Daniel, Samantha and the team at Bridgfords. The ease as well from the online portals to get all documents signed along with helping move all utilities and council tax to the new property has been a godsend especially if you are prone to being forgetful like me! I'm looking forward to my tenancy with the team we have working on our new house.
