I only have good words to say about the Burnley branch of Bridgfords estate agents, from the initial meeting with Lora, through to the conclusion of the sale of my buy to let property. I would like to give special mention to Nicola for all her help in dealing with a very difficult tenant, finding me a locksmith, gas engineer etc etc. nothing was too much trouble. As I wanted to sell the property promptly it was suggested I use the modern auction method (all part of Bridgfords) Their back up service is second to none, keeping me regularly updated, through to chasing solicitors, all totally unprompted. All of this is done online, and totally doable even for the technical illiterate like myself. If you are thinking of an estate agent for the Burnley area, use Bridgfords. You can thank me later.

Hugely Disappointed by this Company. Having read the reviews, we decided to place TWO Buy to Let houses with Bridfords in Burnley. Initially, we found the service from Bobbie to be first class and thought we had chosen well. However, within days of signing their Lettings agreement, things started to go downhill rapidly. Their Back Office is a complete SHAM. We have had such a terrible experience with Bridfords, that we tried to cancel our agreements, but were told we would have to pay an amount equivalent to 25 months Fees. Disgraceful service received and we're stuck with them. We're are waiting weeks for replied to numerous emails,. They simply don't give a damn. Chose another Lettings Company or suffer the consequences of their Ineptitude and shocking customer service

Recently completed the purchase of 2 properties using Bridgfords. They have been brilliant from the start. Amazing service from Beverly and Thayf. Thayf went over and above to get details and carry out virtual viewing for the properties. Bobbie has been absolutely superb throughout the process of renting the property we fell in love with. The process has been made smooth with her constant communication via email and telephone.
