I am a property investor and recently purchased a house via Bridgfords, Burnley. My main contact person in the office was Beverly. She is professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. It was a tricky transaction (far from a standard one you expect) but Beverly went above and beyond an agent's responsibility to ensure the the deal happened and both parties are kept happy and informed. I will certainly work with Bridgfords in near future again.

The staff at Bridgfords Burnley are all very professional & courteous. They always get back to you when you leave a message if the office is busy and they can't answer your call straight away. Although there have been many issues with the property they have provided regular updates and responses. As a landlady of 23 years i have always brought and sold my properties with bridgfords in burnley , they have also been able to get me good tenants . Tenants that have stayed 10 years , 5 years etc ,what has made this an easy and enjoyable task is someone called BOBBIE VAJA . She is the most nicest person that we have come across nothing is too much trouble , when i am not sure of things she goes out of her way , she looks into things when i might need a little guidance these qualities are rare to find .How i wish my husband and i had a daughter like her WE LOVE HER.
