The team have been a delight to work with. Samantha who is mainly liasing with us to complete on a property we want to rent has been nothing but helpful. Every time something needs to be sorted Samantha is on the end of a phone and always polite and friendly to help with any queries. Recently purchased a house with Bridgfords. Being a first time buyer all I heard was people having issues with estate agents. I was optimistic about the process. Though out the this time, I can not fault this business one bit. I was kept in the loop at every step and had communication weekly. Recently completed the purchase of 2 properties using Bridgfords. They have been brilliant from the start. Amazing service from Beverly and Thayf. Thayf went over and above to get details and carry out virtual viewing for the properties. I had problems with the solicitors and Beverly was persistent in chasing them and ensuring things were being progressed and that I was kept up to date with developments. Bobbie has been absolutely superb throughout the process of renting the property we fell in love with. The process has been made smooth with her constant communication via email and telephone. She went the extra mile for us as we experienced a slight hiccup on the way but Bobbie managed to overcome this with the landlord putting me and my girlfriend Emily at ease. As a landlord having a bad experience with previous management and tenant we were looking for a professional service but also friendly and understanding management. We found this with Bridgfords Burnley. Yazmin made us feel completely at ease and was helpful and honest. As I don't live in the north and as a result can't just pop in when there are issues, Yazmin has gone out of her way to help even on weekends. Now that I have a Tennant in my property and I don't have to worry about anything I don't give it a second thought. I would recommend Bridgfords Burnley to any landlord, they are amazing. And it's a massive change to what we had with previous management company.

After years of putting up with a sub standard house and complaining to the council i was then given notice to leave. Kirsty made blatant lies and told the council i wouldn't let contractors in to do the work (totally untrue) and then sends passive aggressive emails with threats to use my emails to make complaint against the council. I have never in all my life come across such a shoddy set up and totally unprofessional!! Do yourself a favour and stay away. Kirsty needs a customer care course ASAP...what a joke !
