Excellent, professional, friendly service from Burnley branch. Initially from Victoria then Melanie our Sales Co-ordinator, who was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Always ringing to keep us updated even when little or no progress was being made. At least we knew she had her finger on the pulse! She listened to my regular rants about professional incompetencies (NOT Bridgfords) and smoothed my feathers - she kept me sane! Absolute joke of an Estate agents. Seen a property as my daughter goes to school near and we are really struggling traveling. Was first person to ring and was advised landlord is doing work at the house so we can't view or apply yet. It was supposed to be our viewing today and just had a phone call saying our viewing has been cancelled as someone else has made an application. This is a very unprofessional company and would not recommend anyone to deal with this Estate agents. Keep away from these time wasters.

I went to Bridgefords after a miserable unsuccessful experience with another local estate agent that dragged on for a year. In comparison The Bridgefords team were like a breath of fresh air, they were attentive to the sale of my property , experienced about the local market, supportive through the whole process without being over bearing. Proactive in guiding my husband and I through the legal process to completion, guiding us with advice on our next purchase even though that was with a different agent . Bridgfords are great I originally put my house on the market with another well known estate agents who I found not interested in selling my house uninformative and just lax Bridgfords on the other hand are the complete opposite can't give you enough information always keeping you in the loop with emails and text notifications I got the feeling they actually wanted to sell my house which they did within weeks of it being on the market ! I would highly highly recommend you use bridgefords over anyone else !

Having to sell a house due to bereavement, I was not looking forward to the whole process. However, all the Burnley Bridgfords staff that we dealt with, starting when we called in trying to decide which estate agent to use (we left with the impression that they knew their stuff) to the last conversation once the sale was completed, made it a lot easier than it might have been. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful and I would heartily recommend Bridgfords of Burnley.

Not at all happy with this estate agent. I have been in my property 2 weeks and and nothing but trouble and lies since. I'm still waiting on someone too come round to get rid of the fleas in my house that I reported four days after I moved in, I found one crawling on my 7 month old baby's head whilst she was asleep and we have no pets so it's from the previous tenants, i was promised someone was coming Tuesday no-one turned up. I have had trouble with the lights in the house since the day I moved in still not all sorted. I have had a new extractor fan fitted above my oven and it's not been installed properly and now my partner is felling the effects as her asthma has kicked in again after she had a little accident with the cooker but if the fan worked that wouldn't be the case. I've reported my boiler not working properly numerous times and I've now found a leak from the bathroom through the kitchen ceiling that they said they had fixed. Despite numerous calls to the agents they are not returning my calls and not having anything done. I'm now in the process of filing a complaint to my housing officer as We have spoke and she reckons it's the best thing to do my baby's health visitor has also been notified and is also on the case. This is my first house with my own little family and it's been ruined because they can't be assed to soothe work required. Definitely does not deserve 1 star😠.

Have just used Bridgford Lettings recently. From the start Yasmin and Daisy have gone out of their way to be helpful supportive. The house move has been easy as they have given advice and followed up any queries promptly. They were available to do viewings at weekend at very short notice When moving in there was an issue with no hot water in the property, a plumber was on site within hours and problem solved.
