GoogleJo and Toyah provided me with an incredible experience to buy my first house. They listened carefully to learn about who I was and what I was interested in and then gathered together a great range of houses for me to see. I spent the day with Toyah seeing a very set of different houses that gave a me a much better idea at what I needed. After the offer was accepted I was kept informed every week on progress with the sale. I never once had to chase my solicitor or anyone else. I felt I was as much of Jo and Toyah's customer as my seller was. They were very supportive of me in my move and provided me with advice local services as well. I cannot recommend using this branch enough to help a fast and efficient sale or purchase. Offer was accepted and was moved in in around 8 weeks. Thank you Jo and Toyah for making this huge step in my life be so easy and supportive!

GoogleThe Lambourne office team of Jo, Toyah, Kay and Carrie have done a brilliant job of both selling our home but also helping us find our new home too. Jo is always available and fast to respond and Carrie does an excellent job during property viewings with exceptional local knowledge. I also believe the video tours provided by this office (voiced by Toyah) are easily the best in the area and are head and shoulders above all others I have seen in the many months of house searching. keep up the great work 👍

GoogleI've just bought a house that was sold via the Lambourn branch of Jones Robinson, and I honestly don't think I'd have got through it without them! Every single one of the team combined professionalism, integrity and efficiency with a genuine warmth - at no point did I ever feel like I was 'just another buyer'. It was an incredibly difficult purchase with problems from all other directions, but the Jones Robinson team were the ones who kept everything going and made it all work out in the end, even when I thought it would all fall through. I hope I never need to move again, but if I do I won't even look at another estate agent - I'll be going straight to Jones Robinson in Lambourn! GoogleI don't normally give reviews and of all the groups of people who thought I might break this habit for, estate agents were not amongst them. However, Jones Robinson - and in particular Jo Schedler and Toyah Leonard have done a superb and complete job of not only securing a buyer for my property but also shepherding through the entire chain and dealing with changes and dramas throughout the extended process until it reached a successful conclusion. We've interacted with Archie several times and he has a great professional manner when visiting houses. He is knowledgeable about the house and has a good balance of being friendly whilst providing space for me and my partner to discuss our choices and opinions. Whenever we've been considering a property, Archie has always been available for a chat and very good at answering questions and following up in a timely manner. We've spoken to many estate agents and he is by far the most attentive and supportive one we've met so far.
