Highly recommend Jones Robinson…

I could not recommend Jones Robinson more for your house purchase/sale. Toyah was our contact and she was excellent in everyway. The whole Team (and they are a great team were fantastic.) It was a difficult situation to sell our deceased Mother's house in Lambourn and we were not local so the support and help they gave us was invaluable as there were challenges along the way. They knew my Mother as she had sold and bought with them previously in the village so it was a no brainer for us. They know their market and the area and the marketing of the property was exceptional. We felt we were in safe hands and they were looking after our interests. The communication was excellent with weekly updates if not more and help and advise and if anything needed doing at the property they helped to suggest or organize someone for anything that needed doing. They have a really lovely family feel. Emails were replied to promptly and always available for a call or called back really quickly. Thank you so much for making a very difficult situation so much easier

I can't rave about Jones Robinson enough from our first viewing with Kay Boakes to picking up the keys some months later. It wasn't the easiest of sales, beset with problems on both sides of the chain but communication was excellent throughout and we were constantly kept up to date with what was happening. Toyah Leonard went over and above to get the sale over the line. I would use them to sell my home without hesitation.
