We had such a great experience with jones Robinson’s in Newbury. From our very first and only viewing, we fell in love and we got our offer accepted on the house. I want to do a big shout out to James Oldring, and Paula Rudge, as they done amazing, making sure we were kept in the loop all the way to moving. They calmed our nerves, and kept us staying positive which was amazing. I would definitely recommend them, to anyone buying or selling a house 🏠

Tayler, Paula and team generated a pool of potential buyers for our consented plot of development land, and provided objective feedback that enabled us to select the right buyer for the plot. I recently had a successful sale through Jones Robinson in Newbury. It was a difficult sale with this falling through once and extending over some time. My son has just bought his first house, which was being sold through Jones Robinson in Lambourn. I have to say, from the moment my son viewed the house, all the way up to today when the exchange happened, the service we have had from all of the staff in the Lambourn office has been absolutely fantastic! In particular, we want to give a big shout out to Toyah, who had her finger on the pulse from the get-go. Her attention to detail has been phenomenal. In addition, we have so appreciated the weekly telephone updates, even when there was nothing to update us on! It was just so heartening to hear from her so regularly and her attention helped us to feel that we were really important to her as clients. If only other organisations had this degree of interest in their customers! This is my son's first purchase and our first experience of buying property through the English system. We, as his parents, have only bought via the Scottish system in the past. There are many differences in the two systems! However, Toyah and her colleagues were extremely supportive and were happy to answer our questions at every step of the purchase. We are all very excited now to be at the end of the process, with completion due to happen in just a few days. We want to thank Toyah and her colleagues at Jones Robinson in Lambourn. Fantastic service

Fantastic service, highly recommend Jones Robinson. From the time we arranged a viewing for one of their properties to an offer being accepted, we were kept informed every stage. Very very poor service throughout sale

Very very poor service overall for a very easy buying process with no chain but they managed to make a large number of errors. Main concerns were due to them getting both buyers names incorrect continuously throughout the sale by addressing letters and emails to our middle names on documents and not our first names which made it very frustrating and even more so as I had made them aware that they were not our first names and asked them numerous times about it. On the memorandum of sale they stated it was a mortgage purchase when it was a cash purchase which again was a major input error on such an important document. I also asked them to email both buyers as we were buying together and both needed the information but they continued to only send information to myself. On collecting the keys they took ID to check from myself and the other person but I was with the seller at the time and was wished well into our new home together, however it was the seller with a very different man’s name to the woman’s name I am purchasing the house with. I suggested to the main manager that maybe they check names and information when writing to people on documents and also when speaking in person as I was with the seller not with the other buyer. From my personal experience I would certainly not recommend them or be using their services in any way again. Only reason for second star was because they were very polite and the lady I spoke with who checked my ID who said she was from a different branch was very professional. Needs vast improvement and reviewing of their processes.
