Moving home is stressful and mentally demanding as it involves many complexities that is beyond our control. Jones Robinson have made our move possible when it was dark and gloomy. I cannot thank enough the team. They cared for us from the viewing till exchange of contracts. Each one of the members of Johns Robinson including their trusted partners (legal & mortgage) were fantastic. I would like personally thank Paul Evans and Caroline Wright s who went beyond their limits to help us. Only regret in our move is having Jones Robinson only for our Purchase instead of both sell and purchase. What an excellent customer experience - my wife and I are looking to move for the first time in over 25 years and the team at Jones Robinson have been amazing thus far in helping us identify and find suitable properties. Special thanks to Kay and Carrie in Lambourn who have arranged our viewings this weekend and for all the information provided during the viewing (well prepared). We are having a similar experience with the other offices in Newbury and Didcot as well so its nice to see and deal with a company that doesn't just talk but actually delivers good customer care. I should also mention their marketing as well as the videos of the properties they are marketing are both professional and informative and unlike some other estate agents I have seen where they just seem to loop all the pictures together and purport it as a video.

The ladies in the Lambourn office are exceptional! We have been searching for a property since June and we've had wonderful assistance from Kay, Carrie, Toyah and Jo. Kay provides us with regular updates about newly listed properties and you can really tell that she has thought about the suitability of the properties she shares (so many agents bombard you with properties that are roughly in your price bracket, no matter how unsuitable they are). The service we have received from Kay has been very personal from the start and you can tell she takes immense pride in her work and is motivated to find the perfect properties for her clients. She shares insightful advice during viewings and it's always a pleasure to see her. We have also received a wonderful service from Carrie. We recently arranged two back-to-back viewings with Carrie and she kindly squeezed in a third. Carrie also has helpful advice and is a pleasure to spend time with. We came away with a clearer idea of what we are searching for and at no point were we rushed along during the viewings (which is a common occurrence with various other estate agencies). Carrie is very patient and personable. We have also had viewings with Toyah, who is friendly, well-informed and happy to answer questions. Toyah's videos have been extremely useful in deciding which properties to view as they give a very realistic impression of how the properties look upon a physical viewing. We are still searching for a property and when we find the right one, we sincerely hope it is marketed with the Lambourn office of Jones Robinson as we can't imagine a nicer team of ladies to work with!
