I wouldn’t recommend …

When I recently enquired about selling my property. I asked if the whopping sales fee was negotiable. I requested the senior sales agent to call me. A time was arranged but no call received. This is the second time I have called. Jones Robinson Newbury claim to be professional and eager to help but if the basics of not returning a call can not be made. How professional are they? I have now instructed another agent.

Not respectful!I recently had some viewing with the Newbury branch, I told them I’m interested in the rent, they said they will reply me in few days, but none contact me.After a week, I tried to call them 5 times in a day but different time, no one answer! WHAT? Are you guys working?I tried again in the other day, they said they are so busy and will call me back before tmr. WELL, Of coz no response AGAIN!If you don’t want to rent out the apartment, please just tell me. 2 weeks since the first viewing, NO ONE contact me, I think your staffs DO NOT know what is “respect”!TOO BAD!
