From valuation to completion and everything in between Jo, Toyah and Kay have been amazing. We selected Jones Robinson as the agents to market our house as they went above and beyond in explaining the process and we have felt supported throughout. We met with 5 different agencies and Tayler from Jones Robinson did the most fantastic job of informing us. She understood how best to market our property and was also aware of our need to move quickly in order to fulfil future plans. Other members of the team such as Molly, Jack, Rhys and Wendy have all been great at keeping us up to dat with viewings, offers etc. and they have made it a relatively easy, stress free process.We are also purchasing through Jones Robinson and between Beth & Tayler, we have felt listened to and supported - both have been more than helpful in answering our questions and we have felt that they have 'got us' as people which has been so important to us given the huge life decisions we are making!

Not often you find an estate agent who goes the extra mile at every step of a very stressful process. This is the 2nd time that I have worked with Jones Robinson, who have sold my property for full asking price on the 1st viewing! Paula specifically is an absolute diamond find - her sales progression skills and tenacity are just what you need to ensure a chain stays on target. Can’t recommend this estate agent, but specifically Paula enough!

Beth Sharp is the machine that powers Jones Robinson with a great team to support her. Working with Beth i can say her skillset is far ranging,covers all aspects of Buying and Selling a house, but best of all Beth never gives up as in Never, place your trust with these guys and i can assure you the Job will get done sometimes it takes a bit longer - Just look around Newbury and count the amount of JR signs you see - its the machine in the making at JR that guides this and this is Beth Sharpe. SO much so i am back within days for the next property purchase i would never go anywhere else. Thank you Beth for the amazing job of selling the House what makes JR special simple Beth Sharp - its a no brainer.PAULA RUDGE - Awesome a legend in the making, brings her sense of control to the situation - professional has to be her middle name, calm when things get tough, always replies to the situation with updates, a character which thrives upon the challenge, tenacious and her expertise when multi tasking is to be applauded.
