GoogleJack ad his team provided an excellent service resulting in exchange of contracts £70,000 above guide price post 'mini budget', which was the same level as our previous agent pre 'mini budget' (buyer withdrew). Needless to say we are delighted and would highly recommend.

They're your best friend before signing a contract, and once you have signed, they make your life miserable. I've dealt with various agents in the past but this one is probably the worse.

GoogleMarsh & Parsons don’t consider ex-council properties in the Brixton area. They cancelled 2 hours before the appointment. But at least they were honest and didn’t waste my time.
