They are great at helping you get the flat and then they are absolutely awful. They always ignore your emails and calls during and after your tenancy. It’s been over 2 months since we moved out and they haven’t transferred back our deposit. You’d think since they are an agency they would be professional but they aren’t. Incredibly rude and ignorant. I highly recommend you don’t use them!

We experienced some difficulties with our previous property managers, who ignored our emails for weeks. I truly wish we had the opportunity to work with Arjin from the beginning of our tenancy. RENT WITH THEM AND SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR DEPOSIT

Highly disorganised, property managers keep changing every 5 minutes (without tenants being notified), emails often ignored or answered with huge delays... But the worst issue has come at the time of requesting my deposit back. I have rented in London for >10 years and I have never had to wait more than a few days for my deposit to be returned. It's been now 3 weeks since my tenancy has ended, and no one seems to bother replying my emails which has left me no option but to raise a formal dispute... I can't in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE RENTING WITH THEM!

It’s very unlikely that you will get your deposit back.I had a terrible experience with the handling of my deposit. I've been waiting for over three months and had to initiate a dispute process (I didn't have any other option). Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid renting from this agency.
