Find me a perfect Letting Managing Agency

the management is terrible. The staff are aloof and have no consideration regarding landlords. When contractors had to carry out maintenence jobs I was not sent 2 estimates or quotations and I was overcharged. At the end of tenancy I could not claim damages and although the tenant agreed to pay for damages I was not refunded . The Check out Firm provided by Frank Harris but paid by me did not deliver the utilities readings which I had to do it myself and sent them to Frank Harris for the tenant to settle the account.

Very Good Experience with Charlotte - Barbican

Happy living in our apartment for a month now thanks to the good work of Charlotte at Frank Harris Barbican.The online advertised flat was available: unlike some of their competitors using some token-unavailable flat to gather contact details, they were prompt to accurately display then update their online offering including ours which was very much appreciated (and professional).The visit session was rapid: we spent an afternoon visiting with Charlotte then immediately picked up a flat.Charlotte and her management also impressively succeeded in negotiating the condition we proposed and getting things sorted in the (short) period we requested.The paperwork part was a bit laborious however as the company they use for referencing checking "The Letting Hub" kept asking for additional papers pretty much daily generating quite a bit of discomfort (that could be put on COVID as our previous agency went bankrupt indeed so the referencing was not straightforward...)Additionally, the flat needed some TLC as it was set for sale (before the pandemic) therefore was not very much ready for renting. As of today, some things are still not fixed although getting taken care of soon hopefully.Overall a very good experience; very much recommended and very much good work to Charlotte!

Tina and Lorenzo provided an excellent service throughout, from the moment of initial contact. They were always very responsive, and proactively updated me on what was going on.A initial approach to marketing my property was developed before being discussed and agreed, and then implemented in line with that plan. This was all done during COVID restrictions which clearly didn’t help.As is not uncommon the prospective purchaser caused a number of issues. The team provided a balanced consideration of how to react to these. This counsel was highly valued, an went a long way to mitigate my ire.The service I received was excellent and I would happily recommend them.

A seamless service from start to finish from Alison at Frank Harris estate agents. We came to sell our investment property in Bloomsbury and invited three local estate agents to provide a valuation and tell us about their service. After some thought, we opted for Frank Harris estate agents. A steady stream of quality viewings lead to a proceedable offer which was at a higher level than the other two agents suggested as the asking price. The sale process was completed in a little over ten weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Alison Battrick and the sales team at Frank Harris, Bloomsbury, did a brilliant job of selling our properties. A third of the way through the sales the pandemic struck and we went into lockdown. With the altered economic climate we were very concerned that the sales may not go through. We were very fortunate however to be in the capable hands of Alison who was unflappable and navigated us confidently through to the finish. She was a realistic and fair negotiator; always returned our calls, kept us updated throughout, was reassuring and generally very helpful.We have dealt with Frank Harris in Bloombsbury over decades now and have found them to be realistic in their pricing, reliable and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a viewing with Lorenzo yesterday to view a city pad. Not only was he professional but personable too and took time out to show us the surrounding area too, so we had a 360 feel for the place. Looking for a home in London

Looking for a place in London, moving from Brighton during the pandemic is quite an unusual experience, though Lorenzo in the Barbican and City office has been very helpful and friendly, and kept us informed of best options (we have a dog to suit, also). He has known or found out all necessary info about freeholders / lease lengths etc quickly. We still haven’t made a decision and continue to look, though he has been supportive through the process and been conscious of our specific requirements.

Tina and Lorenzo inspired confidence and delivered. In a less than buoyant market, they quickly sold our flat and found us another flat to buy. They know the Barbican market and its inhabitants very well. After offers were accepted, they were very proactive in steering the transactions through to completion.
