GoogleI contacted Frank Harris about buying a flat at the beginning of the year. Simon Angell could not have been more helpful or thorough. After arranging numerous viewings for me and a couple of false starts (when vendors decided they did not actually want to sell after all) he found me just what I was looking for and the sale went through. This was down to his hard work and persistence and, while he is of course acting for the vendor, I never felt he had anything but my best interests at heart. I highly recommend him and Frank Harris.

GoogleI've been renting my property through this company for over 10 years now. I love the personal service they give. Even though I live abroad, they are always available by phone and email to help handle any issues. They are efficient, always find new tenants for me and are extremely helpful. I've also appreciated the constancy of their employees as it has allowed me to build long term relationships with their office. They are by far the best letting company I've used in my 20+ years of letting. They really know and seem to care about my flat and maintaining good landlord relationships. I recommend them highly.

Tina and Lorenzo have been absolutely amazing. They have been responsive, efficient, knowledgable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They know the Barbican intimately and are 'go to' agents for any purchase there. What they don't know is not worth knowing. They are also very decent, kind and fun and are excellent negotiators. If we were selling they would be our number one choice. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Frank Harris are outright lying to their clients, both; buyers and sellers. What they cannot handle is an educated client. Avoid, if you possibly can.

We found Lorenzo to be straightforward, honest and well-informed about the property we viewed and other options that might suit us locally. Also - a miracle- when we got into the property it looked like the photos online and video provided! Which sounds flippant, but the number of times we have had our time wasted by misleading pictures and info and been disappointed on a physical viewing I honestly couldn’t tell you.

We have just bought a property in the Barbican through Frank Harris, working with Jamie Charlton, who has been superb throughout. It's been a long old process since we first started looking, we ended up in a chain, part of that chain was very tricky and he was calm and professional throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. A good firm, and a good estate agent.

I have used Frank Harris for many years to manage my flats in the Barbican. They have always given me perfect service. Currently, I would single out Rosie Pulston `and Jay Smith for helping me sell one flat earlier thsi year, and Jamie Charlton for excellent management of rental properties. As always Ian Swale whom I have known since the early 2000's runs a trustworthy and reliable rental department.

I was left 10 days WITHOUT hot water from the first day I moved in, and they said it was fixed in a "professional and timely manner"; yes they don't seem to ensure at all that you have hot water on the very first day you check in. Of all the nerve! One more thing to alert, I found PESTS on the mattress. Horrible!
