GoogleJeya made the whole process incredibly quick and easy. After one phone call she had lined up load of viewings with all our criteria. We instantly fell in love with one and by the following Saturday it was ours - Jeya helped us get the edge over other potential tenants. She walked us through all the paperwork throughout the week, and her friendly personality made the entire experience very pleasurable.

GoogleBrandon was really helpful to me and my friend when we were trying to find a place to rent. He was very supportive and always easy to contact throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Foxtons and especially Brandon.

GoogleSTEER CLEAR. Appalling service from Foxtons Streatham. They hound you to sign a contract and promise you the earth, convincing you to pay the highest commission on the high street. As soon as you’re signed up they disappear without trace, ignoring your emails. I now have damage to my flat from a leak which I’ve been chasing Foxtons to resolve for over six months. Deeply unprofessional and unscrupulous.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

He really took the time to try to understand what we were looking for when purchasing a house and helped us find the perfect home. Throughout the buying experience he was on top of the process helping to move it along painlessly. We found him very helpful and professional throughout the process and really trusted his advice. Overall we were very impressed with the level of service and commitment to helping us purchase our first home.

GoogleOur property search was going terribly until we met Brandon at Foxton’s! He was an absolute hero, worked out exactly what we were looking for, suggested properties for us to look at and took us to see them. He was super responsive and reassuring, answered all our questions, and set up video viewings for us when we were unable to view flats in person. After a lot of bad experiences with other estate agents, we can’t rate Brandon highly enough. Thank you!!

GoogleCheeky rapscallions. Plonked a "To Let" sign "accidentally" in the front lawn. When notified they said it was a mistake and that it'd be removed within 48hrs. Somehow feel they'd react less well to my putting a sign in their shop front for 2-days.
