Foxtons Streatham reviews

Foxtons are a really great Estate Agents. We have dealt with several offices and experienced the same quality in each. I would particularly like to recommend Yiannis Antiohos at Streatham. He was brilliant showing us around our chosen flat, great information but not pushy. Very fair, quick and informative about the negotiation process, and reassuring throughout. He was particularly helpful by ensuring no further visits were made on the property once we had made an offer. The team at Foxtons are great, having deals with Vivianna, Charlie and Kevin they have all shown great customer service and helpfulness. Thank you.

Nicolas is a fantastic agent

Nicolas is a fantastic agent, here is extremely tentative. Unlike most agents in the market now a days, he listened, he acted and he worked with my best interest in minds. I really wish there was more agents like him in the UK!

Kevin Sowah and Mohamed Mohamed supported me in selling my flat this year. Kevin managed the process for me from our first meeting and valuation to completion. He oversaw the team of agents who were proactive and consistent with arranging viewings over the course of 2 months, which included Mo. Mo was the consummate professional in how he conducted viewings, prompt, diligent and showing the property in the best light. Kevin was responsive whenever queries came up and was knowledgeable and transparent with me about the market conditions during the process. I'm happy I chose Foxtons, Kevin and his team as they delivered a sale for me in a challenging market at a good price within my desired time frame.

A huge thank you to Kevin Sowah for all his help with selling my house in Streatham. From start to finish, he was amazing, always friendly, easy to talk to, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Kevin made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I’m so grateful for his support, and now I’m happily settling into my new home! Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I went to view several properties with Shardarae, one of the estate agents. She was very clear and detailed in her descriptions, offering me multiple options to choose from. She also followed up consistently to ensure I found a property that matched my budget and specifications. I would highly recommend Shardarae Kasumu.

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

Foxtons, particularly Warren, Kevin, and especially Shardarae have been amazing at helping me find the perfect flat. As soon as it came up, they gave me a call straight away and made the process so easy. Shardarae also picks up the phone and ensures all my questions are answered. Buying property is exciting but stressful, but the Foxtons team have made it much easier. Thank you guys!!
