GoogleI went to view several properties with Shardarae, one of the estate agents. She was very clear and detailed in her descriptions, offering me multiple options to choose from. She also followed up consistently to ensure I found a property that matched my budget and specifications. I would highly recommend Shardarae Kasumu.

TrustpilotAvoid
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

TrustpilotBrilliant Service !
In particular and as it always has been in the past, Ms Annabel D' Souza of Foxtons has provided us with her stellar service again this time, to source out a nice apartment for us, suiting our taste and that too in a record time, as we had very little time. Extremely hard working, responsible and above all she takes on the whole matter personally. It was a pleasure !!
