GoogleManon was excellent, she showed me 3 properties, was warm, friendly and listened to and met my property needs. She was great with answering my questions, and helped me throughout the rental process. Overall Foxtons is professional, their online portal is easy to use and customer service is good.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

GoogleI worked with Bruna Duntas who was the estate agent for my first property purchase. From the initial viewing through to closing, I found her helpful, personable and responsive. She made what was quite a daunting proces that little bit easier and dealt well with a few last minute difficulties that popped up. I've had a very positive experience with Bruna and Foxtons. Would recommend to a friend.

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

GoogleI had a great experience working with Daniela at Foxtons Britton during a difficult flat search. I felt like she was sincerely invested in us getting the the flat and as a result was really clear and realistic about the timelines and offer requirements. She was very responsive and answered all our questions honestly and helpfully. Definitely one of the most professional and genuine estate agents I encountered during this flat search. GoogleWe had a great experience with Jack at Foxtons Brixton when buying a flat. Jack did extra research to find the flat which we would not have initially considered had he not suggested a viewing. Compared to our experience with other estate agents from different companies, Jack was much more proactive, hardworking, helpful and professional. When it came to making an offer the team at Foxtons handled it very well and efficiently to ensure a good deal was done for both sides. GoogleDaniela from Foxtons in Brixton was absolutely fantastic through my flat hunting experience. She was incredibly friendly and professional during viewings which took place during lockdown - I always felt safe and that proper social distancing measures were being undertaken. Daniela was very personable and got to know what I do and don't like before showing me properties and made sure I understood all the T&Cs which often get missed before putting an offer in. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
