I had a very long and annoying experience with some sellers over the past 9 months, but I was supported by Kayode Odubote throughout and he couldn't have been better at dealing with the situation. Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

I had a great experience with Foxtons - my property was on the market for a while, but the sales team kept the viewings coming regularly. After I had an offer accepted, Kate was amazing at keeping thing progressing through the conveyancing process and made sure to help with any sticking points which I really appreciated! I was not expecting such a personal level of service from a high street estate agent and was very pleasantly surprised - thanks to Liz, Kate and the whole team!

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I had the pleasure of working with William Cooke who helped me through a nightmare sale. Not only did he secure me an above market rate offer, he had to go above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through, with the goalposts constantly being moved. As a seller, Will fought for me throughout. Regular and transparent lines of communication made a huge difference. The sale was close to breaking down multiple times, and without Will I would have not proceeded as I had completely lost faith in the buyers and wanted to pull out of the sale. The sale of my flat took almost a year and Will's guidance, patience and expertise is the reason why I have now sold my flat. I could not recommend Will and his team more highly.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.
