GoogleVery unprofessional towards an offer we put forward for a propetry a few months ago. Rude, patronising and borderline sexist and ageist. We even had to send a follow up email to make sure our offer had been received. Fortunately we have found a different house with another agent and dodged a bullet. Can see that the house we put an offer from is still on the market nearly half a year on.

GoogleI've had my share of poor experiences with letting agents, but Stuart Rushton have been excellent throughout. I've waited until I've been in the property for 18 months before reviewing as you get lots of little problems that arise - response to each one has been quick, courteous and successful. The tradesmen they send are friendly and, more importantly, good at what they do. Thoroughly recommend.

FacebookSly and underhand, they don’t contact you with properties come onto the market and when they do they are already sold… interesting 🧐 it’s gone before the for sale sign even goes up. I guess if your selling with them you need to think about whether they really are getting you the best buyer in the best position.
