GoogleAs a purchaser for my change of home after 35 years I experienced professionalism and understanding from the first day I viewed my new home to the completion day with the hand over of the keys. Although as a purchaser I am not the actual paying client, I found Richard the Sales Negotiator extremely helpful and empathetic. The property was eventually sold to me under the best offer and bid basis and he would always be prepared to talk on the telephone and keep me up to date by emails or phone calls. This was vital as I was moving 200 miles away from my previous home and distance could have been an issue. I shall never forget the day when Richard telephoned me to say I had won the bid. The vendor, the Stuart Rushton Team and I worked together to secure a satisfactory completion which otherwise could have been difficult and stressful. The team work spirit was there the whole time. When ever I needed to telephone Stuart Rushton everyone would recognise me and the receptionists would always be friendly on the telephone. It was a joy to eventually meet the Stuart Rushton Team when I collected the keys in person on the completion day with a welcome smile after a very long journey. Well Done! Nigel

GoogleI cannot praise the team at Stuart Rushton enough. From the first visit to our home to provide a valuation, through to the signing of contracts, everybody we came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and intent on providing the best service they could, but also flexible, approachable and always available to discuss any concerns. An excellent knowledge of the area, and market, along with great photos and videos meant we felt our home was being marketed in the best way it could. I'd like to particularly mention Jackie, the sales negotiator who guided and chased-up not only our buyer, but the whole chain through to a successful exchange after there were hitches lower down. She provided daily updates even when (unbeknown to us) she was working at home due to illness. First class service - thank you!

GoogleStunning service. Never realised until dealt with St Rushton how much they do behind the scenes. Being a 1 off unique agent makes them stand out. Superlative treatement, James Higgin at the start, Ric Shelmerdine coming up to seal the deal. Like a well crafted football team. Seriously, moving house is painful, i know as doing double whammy of lots of dental root canal, crowns, implants.!!😱Moving house similar. But these guys have just been incredible in their support, nurturing and attention to detail. Cannot rate them high enough. From the beginning of the process - advising us regarding value and the best process - through a major bump of the first buyers dropping out and seeing it through to completion, the whole team were great to deal with. Alex, in particular was brilliant with my mum, who was moving from a family home after many years. If you're selling your house in the area, definitely choose Stuart Rushton.

GoogleThe process of moving house is commonly felt to be one of the most stressful and overwhelming occasions of one's life. We found ourselves in this situation when the house we were living in, although much loved, became unsuitable for us. We felt that Stuart Rushtons stood out among other local estate agents right from our first meetings with James and his wonderful staff. We sold quite quickly and at the very last minute, found the house we bought and love through Rushtons. Unfailingly courteous, efficient and professional, the value-added quality of intuition, the product of long experience, enabled Rushtons to know what would suit us, almost before we knew ourselves! The entire staff was exceptional but a special mention must be made of Alex Moore who guided us through the final nail-biting days of our purchase. They sought to rectify issues that arose promptly and without fuss. GoogleI am prefacing this by saying that I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to spread the word about Stuart Rushton, given the exceptional service we received from them. We sold our house through SR and bought another house through a different estate agent on the Knutsford high street, I will only say that the difference in the service we received was staggering. This was a complicated and frustrating chain, where everything went wrong before going right. Even though the house we sold was in the lowest price bracket for Knutsford, the service we received from SR was nothing short of premium and we were never made to feel anything but the most important clients. In fact, SR spent so many hours on this house that I am sure they made a loss on it, given the meagre agent fee. Notably, I am convinced that we would not have completed had it not been for the magical touch of Richard Shelmerdine, who is, without doubt, the most competent, dedicated, talented, hard-working and trustworthy individual in the entire industry, he is an enormous asset to SR! Richard worked tirelessly on this project, kept us informed at all times, held our hands when we needed it, and helped us devise plans B and C when it all seemed to go downhill. We will always, always be grateful for his help and support!
