Thanks very much to all the team at Stuart Rushton for seeing me through another house sale. The level of communication was excellent and couldn't be bettered, I never felt in the dark or unsure where we were with matters. They were on the ball the whole time whoever I spoke to in the office. Special mention to Jackie Quantrill and Lindsay Stott. I was unsure whether to sell or not and never felt under pressure, constantly being reassured I was in control and for that I'm extremely grateful.

staff are very friendly,understanding,i recentley bought a house that was for sale with Stuart Rushton.i looked round it with a very friendly man,who answered any questions.i loved the house put an offer in,the offer was accepted,sadly the seller of the house picked the slowest solicitor in history,so it was a long sale,but throughout Jackie Quantrill was helpful,professional and nothing was too much trouble for her.staff on reception answer phone calls,other members of staff chase things up if Jackie was on holiday,in fact quite often jackie would answer my emails on her day off,the company are highly recommended,you cant go wrong using this company to sell your house or to buy one for sale off them

I don’t normally do reviews, but the way our flat sale has been handled warrants some comment..... From the first contact everything was dealt with not just professionally, but also relaxed and positive. Alex Moore was always on the case, and at no point did I need to chase her for progress. Rushtons also recommended a solicitor to handle the process who was equally efficient. I’m sure not every sale will be as smooth(or as quick) as ours, but if they handle all sales like ours, you won’t go far wrong. We completed within 25 days of flat being listed, and I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened without hard work from Stuart Rushton!

Richard was most helpful from the outset with my purchase. He was always available to take my call or would call me back promptly. I felt that the negotiations were dealt with very tactfully and fairly with understanding of both my position and that of the seller. Richard went above and beyond with his level of service in that he was contactable on his mobile (even on his day off) and made a special trip to the property to take a measurement I'd forgotten to take during my viewing! He made every part of the transaction go as smoothly as possibly, acting as a go-between with the solicitor, the IFA and the seller. He managed to move the job along efficiently, without being pushy or pressurising in any way. A pleasure to deal with.

I have never come across a more dishonest unprofessional agent in my life . We rented a "HIGH END" property from Stuart rushton & co back in 2022 , it was on the face of things a beautiful property based just outside of Knutsford and the rent was in excess of £3400 a month. Within weeks of moving in we were left with no heating and hot water at the property. After the first week I was advised by a member of staff to 'fill a kettle and have a hot bath ' . We had to beg them for help. Finally after weeks of begging and us moving into a hotel the issues were resolved and we passed this off as a one off stressful month. Oh god were we wrong. Later into the year the same thing happened. We are not blaming Stuart Rushton for the actualy problem but the way they deal with these issues as a business is hideous. We were basically accused by the lettings manager Howard of making things up. We invited them for inspection on a number of occassions and finally they sent plumbers who confirmed no running hot water and heating. Instead of being met with a resolution we were met with accusations of lies and this resulted in us recording the plumbers on site at the property to confirm no running water or heating. My advice to anyone out there is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am completely shocked at the positive reviews because we had the most terrible experience and lost alot of money and sanity whilst renting this via them. I genuinley have pity for the property owners as they must have been fed so many lies about the actual goings on.
