GoogleStuart Rushton sold my mother’s house for a higher price than other agents felt they were likely to achieve. His team dealt very sensitively with my mother through the brochure and viewing process. They knew most of the potential purchasers and, whilst the legal process was extremely frustrating through no fault of theirs, they kept the purchaser informed and comfortable with progress and helped push the solicitors along. We were absolutely delighted that we chose Stuart Rushton.

GoogleI would highly recommend Stuart Rushton & Co. The whole team have been absolutely fabulous from start to finish in selling our 2 properties and also finding us our new home to purchase. Richard in particular has been brilliant, he was extremely helpful, professional and a really nice guy to deal with which made the whole process less stressful. I would certainly use them again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe have recently purchased our family home from Stuart Rushton and I could not fault them through the entire process. Harvey and his colleagues are absolutely fabulous to deal with and we were delighted to recently complete with them. Our previous home was a rental also through Stuart Ruston and again we had a great experience with them through the letting team.

GoogleFriendly, personable, efficient and just generally a pleasure working with. I can't recommend this agency highly enough from my experience. Dealt mainly with Emily but also other members of staff, all equally as pleasant and competent.

GoogleRecently viewed a property several times with a lovely chap called Tony, excellent customer care skills, very knowledgeable about the property and area. SR should be very proud to have such an amazing employee.

GoogleStuart and his team are not only very personable and professional they have a natural ability to read situations and give sound advice when things don't go to plan, as they so often don't. Richard''s advice and support helped us so much as we sold my Mother's house after she died, they just made the whole process smooth and pretty much hassle free. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe reviews I have read suggest an excellent service for the seller (who pay the bill) but my experience as a buyer of one of their properties couldn't have been more different. Arrogant and self serving seems to cover my experience of them unfortunately. Even when I complained they told me how wonderful their reviews were....seriously???

GoogleThe service we have received from Stuart Rushton has been second to none. Stuart has responded with help personally to try and assist in an issue over search returns, providing good solid advice with follow up. our only regret is we did not use them when we tried to sell previously. A big thank you to Stuart and his team.

GoogleVery positive experience working with Stuart Rushton & Co. We've worked with quite a few estate agents in the area and had by far the best experience with SR. We used them to rent out our house and to sell it, found them easy to work with, quick to respond and full of good advice. Would recommend.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience buying through Stuart Rushton. The estate agent we dealt with, Harvey really went the extra mile throughout the conveyancing process to speed things along. On the day of the move I found out that we had completed through Harvey, some time before our solicitor managed to call us!
