He is the hardest working person that I known in the entire UK, he replied to all my emails and text at astonishing speed and even works on Sunday . We had videos of a property and an offer accepted, put down the holding deposit as per requirements. Only to be told, the price had changed (by around 200pcm) and we didn’t have the flat.Incredibly poor service, should not have taken a deposit if this was the case. Then it took them over a week to return the greater than £400 deposit. Cowboy-esc structure to the company in this regard. Would avoid if you can.
