I have just got a mortgage offer thanks to Anne! Anne has been amazing since I made my first meeting with her, she’s given all the information I needed. It is my first time buying a property and she’s filled me with everything I needed to know and literally within a month has managed to get a mortgage offer accepted. This means a lot to me and can’t express how happy I am, didn’t think it would be this easy. Anne, worked her magic and I’m still in shock how quick things have turned around for me. Now I just need to wait for solicitor to work as quick as her :D. I would definitely recommend when buying a property working with Anne! Thank you once again, can’t wait to move in to our new home and call Anne to our first party!

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for William H Brown and especially for Anne Luby. Me and my partner were first time buyers so we did not know what to expect and what we needed to do. Made an appointment with Anne and she was absolutely amazing. She helped us with the whole mortgage application and explained anything we were unsure of, it never felt as though we were on our own and unsure of anything. She takes a lot of care and consideration, and will try her absolute best to get you the best result. I believe we couldn’t have made a better decision than going with Anne and it gave us the best start to the whole buying process. It was smooth, easy and very simple. We could not thank Anne enough for the help she provided and now we are very close to getting everything done and receiving our keys tomorrow.
