GoogleAs daunting a task of buying a new home is as a first time buyer, Anne makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process. She explains the whole process in details, the buying process and explains things in laymen's terms. She's been incredibly supportive to me and my partner in this journey and hopefully she remains to be for our re-mortgaging purposes. Thanks William H brown. Highly recommend :)

GoogleVery poor experience with the Huddersfield branch. I am having to do a ridiculous amount of the work they are supposed to do, I might as well have gone with purple bricks as the standard is so low that I am having to do everything myself, including the viewings as the estage agents do not show up. Very disorganised and seems that there is no communication between the colleagues regarding each customer. Extremely frustrating working with this team. Unhappy to pay for them to not do their job. Very disappointing as they seemed like they will provide all services as per contract.

GoogleIv recently just used william H brown and Anne Luby as my mortgage advisor and can’t thank them enough for the making the process so easy! I was first time buyer and i didn’t know much of the process of buying a house or getting a mortgage. Anne took the time to explain everything, taken the stress to a minimum. I am now a homeowner thanks to her!

GoogleIf you’re thinking about purchasing through the Huddersfield branch I would strongly advise against it. If they offer you the chance to keep everything in house and use the solicitors they recommend, again I would strongly advise against it. If you are lucky enough for someone to answer the phone and they tell you someone is going to call you back, don’t believe them.

GoogleWhatever I say, won't be enough! I was buy a property which was not a normal simple, straight forward purchase. It had lots of other entities involved from the seller's side. Everyone at the Huddersfield branch were fantastic, but I'd like to say thank you to Shona and Charlotte who was absolutely amazing. GoogleW H Brown Huddersfield provides buyers with very comprehensive information, which is very helpful in the process of buying a property. I was a first-time buyer and had viewed and bid properties in Huddersfield from other agents for about six months before they listed a suitable one. I had successfully had two offers accepted but unfortunately both sellers changed their minds. I was very frustrated but had to continue viewings and biddings. Last December the agent listed a suitable one and I immediately called them when seeing it on my mobile. Louie answered the call. He is very professional and friendly and rapidly booked an appointment for me. I made an offer after the viewing. Louie made excellent negotiations between me and the seller. Benefiting from this, the deal was soon agreed by both sides. In the following conveyancing process, Louie and Charlotte provided me very enthusiastic help in communicating with the seller. The deal was completed after four months! All in all, I have learnt quite a lot about buying a house from Louie and the agent during the past few months. Many thanks to them.

GoogleIt is a pleasure for me to write this review for the incredible William H Brown team in Huddersfield, and in particular about Charlotte, Louie, Tom and their manager Shona. From the very first visit to evaluate our property for sale, we were very impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude. Tom evaluated the property and explained in detail why we should work with them. He was extremely polite, professional and attentive to what we had to say, we immediately liked him and William H Brown respectively and signed the contract for the sale of our house. From then on, Louie who was the main sales negotiator, kept in touch about the process and was constantly scheduling viewings, as a result we received 2 competitive offers within a week of putting the property on the market. Louie was also very professional, kind and worked very hard to sell our property. Charlotte, who was responsible for completing the sale, went above and beyond to make the possess as smooth as possible, and even organised an emergency removing of our furniture last minute. In this extremely stressful for us time she was absolutely fantastic and worked overtime to complete the sale of our house. We cannot recommend highly enough this company! Do not hesitate for a minute to sell your property with William H Brown.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous service. I was lied about the arrangements multiple times. I was lied over the emails. And I was then given different opinions by different agents trying to hide their incompetence. The amount of lies that I have been told are not expected of this agency. How are you still in business? Photo of email sent to me on 19th confirming works will take a week and my move in date still mentioned as 21st. They stopped responding to my emails after this. I kept asking for information on how to raise an official complain and the information was not disclosed by the office manager and his colleagues.
