I would highly rate Chris Quirie a mortgage advisor as I believe he’s a credit to William h brown and has made mine and my partners path to getting a mortgage seem extremely simple and has answered any questions I’ve had for him. He’s been incredibly helpful at finding out any additional information on different properties and has always communicated efficiently and effectively what the next steps of the process are which has basically taken all the stress away from a usually very stressful time.

What can I say, Anne Luby and the rest of the team have been a breath of fresh air. After buying my first home, I cannot recommend William H Brown and in particular Louie Baldwin-Wood as a Mortgage Advisor enough. Louie was very good at taking away a large burden of the task at hand and chasing up all parties involved when I had any questions (that probably should've gone elsewhere!) on my behalf. Even with all the information overload that you naturally receive during the process, everything was explained in very straightforward terms with everything made clear, which as a first-time buyer was something I cannot stress the importance of enough. Overall, what could've been a stressful and time consuming process was made to be calm and concise. I don't think it could've been made any easier for myself!

I have now just had my mortgage in principle finalised by the best mortgage advisor Anne. Anne has helped me so much during the most stressful times of buying a house and thinking back to it, it actually was less stress for me all thanks to her! She is trustworthy and fair brining such a good name to William H Brown, I could not have asked for anyone better to have dealt with this.
