Got notified the day a house went on the market for sale and expressed interest. Was sent an email advising to choose a date and time suitable to review the property so I did and thought all was sorted (or so I thought) Turns out the email the estates agent send you is so that the estate agent can then call you and get your business on their books, it’s nothing to do with viewing houses. Totally misleading and false advertising and I will be putting a formal complaint In with the governing body. I know it’s a dog eat dog world since covid but come on, this way of working is lower than the low. appalled by this tactic and I will not be buying a house through this estate agent.

He's gone above and beyond in selling our house (even doing phones calls etc to save waiting for Solicitors) and is now helping in the search for a new home. He's handled the tears and tantrums in a professional, polite way and is an absolute asset to the Royton branch. Although more expensive than some agents, you genuinely do get what you pay for.

I was told they were not doing any viewings on this property for 10 days, I got a viewing for sat 22nd Aug 22, they called and changed the time twice then told me they had done viewings for another buyer and the viewing is cancelled because the property is now sold ?
