GoogleWhat can I say my father died early last year and we have just sold his house using Martin Thornton Estate Agents. Martin himself came out and valued it, he was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. His staff dealt with everything else concerning the sale and everyone I personally dealt with during the process of selling the house was very polite and helpful. Would certainly use Martin and his team to sell our house in future.

sly practices regarding a rental contract and deposit money from ryder and dutton. I did give a more comprehensive rundown of what happened but my screen got deleted by mistake because i pressed a wrong button on my key board. This is a late review of ryder and dutton but i would never use them again.

GoogleSlow service. The answer the phone quickly but they only thing they can say is that you need to make an appointment with Martin in 3 months time....Lack of compassion towards customers.
As per our records, we have had no correspondence with you since you made an offer through our agency in March 2020. We have just completed on the sale of our house , we was looked after all the way through by Lisa royal at the Middleton branch, she was absolutely fantastic from day one she has supported us through every step of the process of selling and buying a house. Nothing was ever to much trouble, through every bump in the road she kept us assured and said it will all be ok , and she was right. Will actually miss catching up with Lisa and can’t thank her enough .
