GoogleI don't always write reviews, this agent got nothing to do with professionalism or respect. staff rude, unprofessional, Cocky and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. we viewed a property with them, we waited for someone to give us a call. but, nobody has or even bothered. we called them, they responded an aggressive manner with loud voice near to shouting. listen mate the property got sold yesterday and you should've called us earlier. They managed everything from the initial description and pictures, Viewings and the negotioation with the new buyers, to completion liasing with solicitors. Got notified the day a house went on the market for sale and expressed interest. Was sent an email advising to choose a date and time suitable to review the property so I did and thought all was sorted (or so I thought) Turns out the email the estates agent send you is so that the estate agent can then call you and get your business on their books, it’s nothing to do with viewing houses. Totally misleading and false advertising and I will be putting a formal complaint In with the governing body. I know it’s a dog eat dog world since covid but come on, this way of working is lower than the low. appalled by this tactic and I will not be buying a house through this estate agent.
