At times the staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. However, i did often feel hounded. This was especially bad at one point when i was hospitalised and was still beinv hounded.

I was a first time buyer and did not know the process of buying a house. I just read some theoretical guidance online. When Kyra (a staff of the agent) found out about my situation, she provided me very enthusiastic help in viewing a property and making an offer. I have learnt quite a lot about buying a house from her and the agent during the past few months. Many thanks to them.

I was try to buy house for let from this agent. Got accepted offer last week and all documents was in place with them . Yesterday Senior Negotiator called me for details of my solicitor and I told them I will send them today . Today I got called from them and they told me “ they got high offer from different person ….. “and they need to cancellation my application ( when my offer was accepted first and were start our process to buying this property) never got that can of experience before….absolutely bad !! Never recommend to nobody !,

Put our house in the market at a difficult time but right from the start the team were upfront with us and managed our expectations well throughout the course of the sale. They (Conor and Michaela) dealt with all the viewings and all my queries efficiently. Even when I wasn’t asking, Conor called me regularly so I was fully up to date with progress.
