As a landlord living some distance from my property I rely on the lettings team to look after my rented property. Following a recent scheduled inspection some repairs were identified. The team were able to arrange quotes for these repairs which made such a difference to me with living so far away. It's good to know the team are there to help with the practical side of managing a rented house.

Disgusting service. How can I trust them to be there if i make the journey of 2 hours to view the house (1h each way)?Different agents give different information. Some agents have the appointments available and others don't. Some are just after your details and nothing else bothers them. All this mess created so much confusion and issues trying to rearrange the appointment which we booked a few minutes before wanting to rearrange. These guys spent like 20 mins or something all giving different information. We decided to just bun it and go to the viewing which was half an hour away from where we were. We wanted to get something done but all this crap, we decided to just go view the house. Rang in back again to confirm we are on our way and should arrive closer to the viewing time or something. We arrived only 6 minutes late as the Satnav took us slightly to the wrong address. Then all the mess and these guys no where to be seen. Then rang in the office. They said okay they will find out but nothing happened. We rang in back again and they put us on hold and after sometime, they said oh we left coz you were not there. Had an argument but they were not having it and asked us to come back again making a very long journey. our house is around an hour or more away from this desired house and we decided to visit it as we are in midway today. No apology or nothing just dont care about the clients or anything. If we lived in the city or near by then that makes sense but making more than an hour journey each way, would be so pathetic that someone who likes the house would be put off.
