The staff made our experience so easy, they were super helpful, they listened and answered any questions we had. Specifically Samantha & Mus. It is rare to find such a good Estate Agent. All the staff at the Slaithwaite branch, including Nichola Wain, Laura Watts, Leanne, Martha and Kim were fantastic. I appreciated how helpful they were, especially Nichola who rang me every week for regular updates and was patient throughout. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job of the photos too.

It was a very long and complex sale and I couldnt have done it with Megan. She went above and beyond with my sale and she could not have done anymore. Geraldine Marsden handled my queries very well though communication via email was in my opinion not always the quickest way. Getting through on the phone to the office was always a nightmare. And often I was told that the person I wanted worked in a different office. If I was struggling to get through on the phone I am sure buyers were having the same trouble. A surveyor who was surveying for the buyers said his company had the same trouble.

Catherine and the team at the Heywood branch of Ryder and Dufton have done a great job with the sale of my late father's house. I have been highly impressed with the staffs professionalism, promptness and efficiency throughout the process. Catherine the sale progressor is amazing! She wasn't even my estate agent, she was our vendors estate agent, but she was brilliant in keeping everyone up to date with information! Would definitely recommend ryder and dutton based in our experience with Catherine alone. They were great with arranging initial viewings for us that fit in with our work and home life, offering evening viewings shown around by the vendors. 10/10 service, Catherine is an asset to the team!

The personal touch boosts everything. People were approachable and kept appointments on time. ,any concerns were speedily addressed, and any difficulties explained. I really cannot see how service could be improved. However being in a senior age group I found use of emails and remote signing daunting and off putting - could old fashioned paper be offered as an alternative?

Perfect service from start the finish. We mainly dealt with Kia who made the process so easy and stress-free for us as first time buyers. She helped in anyway she could and kept us in the loop. Fiona was also great, easy to speak to and explained anything we needed clarifying. They also made the key collection special which was a nice touch!
