Not a great experience. Falsified feedback from a viewing that did not happen: I was asked to show viewer around as R&D not available. However, viewer did not show up. R&D provided me with feedback for a visit which clearly did not take place.At another viewing, R&D arranged accompanied viewing. The agent had not been to my property before, was not familiar with the property and went to the wrong property at the appointment time. Luckily, I was still in the local area and was able to return to the house to show the viewers around. After several frantic phone calls, R&D eventually showed up just as the viewers were leaving.These viewers went on to purchase the property. Had I not been nearby to show them around, I could have potentially lost the sale.On the whole, a very stressful process.

Shocking service. Only got updates after I chased them. Elki from when she started to sell my house until she passed it over to Lindsey was an absolute waste of time, Lindsey not much better. There mortgage advisor nearly lost me my sale as he put my buyer with a very bad mortgage company who also have a shocking reputation. Service from Chaderton branch is not worth what they ate asking. Thought the manager Lewis didn't have the experience to manage his team. Would never use them again. On a good note Janet from Bacup branch was fantastic pity she left.

Don't waste your time with this company, especially the Oldham office. I made an offer on a property in the Oldham area, they asked for my documents, bank statements, and mortgage information. Then, with the offer already accepted by the property owner, the person assisting me called Laura, said the day after that the owner accepted a higher offer. The worst part of it all was when I called and was attended to by someone named Jess, this woman was absolutely rude, she simply spoke very loudly to me, a client, as if I were a relative of hers. In the end, when Laura told me that the seller accepted another higher offer, she even said, 'Is that alright?' Well, obviously not. This company is not professional! Those of us who buy properties to renovate and rent always insist on the price, but like me, I have about 30 friends who buy properties every year, and at the next group barbecue and in our WhatsApp group chat, I'll let them know what kind of company this is! I will never buy or attempt to buy anything from you again!

However, we could not formally agree the sale to you until you had provided full proof of funds and ID. During this time another offer was made, which the vendor favoured over yours. From the start I had really good communication from Conor who knew exactly where the process was up to and did a lot of leg work to keep it moving forward. If at any point Conor wasn’t available or on leave Michaela was always on hand to assist and again knew exactly what was happening. I’m a first time buyer and they both massively eased the anxiety and stress of buying my first home!
