Ryan is an amazing estate agent. Helped us massively through our first house purchase which wasn’t a smooth ride. Always responsive over email and great to talk to over the phone. He’s great at breaking stuff down and explaining matters to you so a regular person can understand. If I come to sell my house in the future, he would be the first person I would call.

Lewis and his team from the Chadderton branch were thoroughly professional and helpful from beginning to end. they were slightly more expensive than other agents I'd looked at but I had confidence in them from the very beginning and they delivered everything I expected and more.

It has been a long and difficult process with complications along the way but thankfully I had Amy's support throughout. She went above and beyond in her role and made sure the process was as least stressful as possible. She kept me upto date and informed throughout the full process and when taking time off ensured I had support from a colleague Laura who was just as good. They are a credit to the team and if I was to ever sell again it would be with these.

Huge thanks to Gemma Horn, Stacey Billing and Ruth Dickson for making the process of us renting our new flat so smooth, quick and stress free. Moving just before Christmas can be super stressful but Gemma kept us informed on exactly what was needed and everything progressed quickly and effectively with no concerns or stress. We are tenants of R&D, currently renting whilst selling our home. All in all, they've been nothing but helpful. Lesley is our account contact and Maddy was doing our inspections. Always helpful and responsive and have always been fair with respects to inspections. Being a landlord for a property in a different area, we wouldn't hesitate to use them. Also for any prospective tenants, they're a good agent. Thanks - if only all agents had such integrity!

Our move in day was cancelled the day we was supposed to move in to our property and the move in has to be pushed back 4 days meaning we had to arrange new move in plans without any compensation for the inconvenience. After this we where given one key dispute there being 2 tenants and now we have to pay to get another cut to make sure we can both get into the property, all the staff where friendly and helpful but these few mistakes caused the process to be more stressful than it has to be.
