I can only heap praise on this agent as from day one they controlled the whole process of selling my house, they advertised well and kept me informed at all stages of the sale, Ava was very professional and knowledgeable in her role if there was an issue she did not know about there was no guesses she went away and found out the details required and brought it back to me, The sale of the house was not straight forward with issues from the past causing problems with the sale late in the process, Sam picked the problem up and took the time to research similar issues and bring a solution to the table. I would recommend the whole team with their professional outlook around house sales.

Can not recommend Martin Thornton more. Bailie in particular worked tirelessly to help us while we were buying our first home from one of their listings. Truly went above and beyond what we would’ve thought was entailed in his job description. The Professionalism of all the staff starting with the Valuation and Presentation by Alice Rimmer right the way through to the staff dealing with organising viewings and the updates provided. I used Martin Thornton earlier this year to sell my first home, and I am so glad I chose them. Our sale was an absolute dream, and the house sold within 4 days of putting it on the market. Sadly our related purchase and chain was not as smooth, however Elisha who oversaw my sale went above and beyond throughout the 6 months to help me close our chain, keep my buyer engaged and happy and finally complete! Moira is the Property Manager dealing with my property and she is always very efficient and professional. She ensures that any tenant issues are communicated to me promptly and arranges contractors as required. Recently Moira has gone above and beyond while dealing with some maintenance issues that had to be resolved between a change of tenants. She even visited the property out of hours to check on progress and to help ensure that the length of time my property was empty was kept to a minimum. Thank you!
