Jade has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process. From our offer being accepted, up to our current position of nearing exchange, she has kept amazing communication which has made us feel more at ease with understanding where our purchase is at. As this is a first home purchase, she has been incredibly patient and understanding when having to explain in further detail to us about certain things. There hasn't been a time where we have struggled to obtain a response from herself, which has really helped with this process! In Jade's absence, Michaela was just as helpful in getting us the information that we required. Both are such lovely people who have gone above and beyond to try a make such a stressful process that little less stressful!!

We were passed to Oliver who secured lots of viewings and obtained a full asking price offer on our property. Once we had officially sold our house, we were looked after by Emmy who supported us the whole way through to the completion stage.
