Great customer service!

Great customer service! My chain was very slow due to having to wait for tenants to vacate my property, but Fleur kept in touch with me even when we were just waiting. And when everything finally started happening she was an invaluable point of call to get the other sides actually moving (they were definitely not as proactive). She always came back to me with updates and helped navigate any problems. She always put me at ease. The welcome gift with tea/coffee/biscuits etc was a really nice touch. Thanks you so much saddleworth branch.

The whole process was made exceptionally easy by this really friendly team. From the moment of the valuation visit I knew they were right for the job. Everything was explained clearly and I had real confidence which put my mind at ease given it was the sale of my mums house after she was moved into a care home. Emails were always answered quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, which was great given I live over 90 miles away from the property being sold. Could not recommend Martin Thornton and the team highly enough and would definitely use them again if I was selling a property in the Huddersfield area.

We used Martin Thornton to sell our house a few months ago and cannot thank them enough for making it a seamless process. Each and every staff member we dealt with was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, from the initial valuation right through to completion. When researching estate agents, I'd heard people complain about some companies being difficult to contact, but this was absolutely not the case with Martin Thornton, they always answered the phone and if our negotiator was not available they would always call back promptly. Special mention goes to Bailie, who was our allocated negotiator and was excellent throughout, and managed to sell the house for asking price within 8 days of it going on the market. Moving house is unbelievably stressful, but Martin Thornton (and Bailie in particular) made this as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
