GoogleExcellent service from C J Hole, Kingswood branch. They sorted out valuations and photography quickly and we received 4 offers within days of the property being marketed. They also recommended local solicitors and we progressed to completion without any major hiccups. They may not be the cheapest but I have no regrets in choosing them.

GoogleMy experience with CJ Hole and the team has been nothing but positive. Since deciding to list the house for sale with them we've been kept in the loop with every detail that has happened during the selling process. This was especially important to me as I live far from the property being sold and didn't want to have any issues that needed face to face discussions. Price wise they're as competitive as the rest and have a very good reach to their target audience, this is testament to how quickly the house sold and for how much it sold for. I'm grateful to both them and the Solicitors used, Barcan Kirby and my solicitor Kim Pratt. Very thorough, quick to respond and always very knowledgeable answering any questions I had.

GoogleWe have recently sold my mums house, and the process was made very easy and straightforward by the team in the Kingswood office of CJ Hole. We started with quotes from 3 Estate Agents, but quickly decided to use CJ Hole because their valuation of the property was very realistic and their thoughtful presentation of the property generated over 40 viewings. Their communication was excellent, and we were kept updated at all times throughout the process. I recommend them, and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Making the whole process run smoothly, we were kept up to date with the sale, it was easy to contact someone, and as well as being helpful to speak to they were also very down to earth, just what you need from an Agent.

We are very sorry that today’s viewing had to be cancelled due to a member of staff becoming unwell. We attempted to contact you as soon as possible and left a message advising of the situation. The appointment has since been rearranged for tomorrow, and we again apologise for any inconvenience caused. This cancellation was entirely unforeseen, which I hope you can appreciate, having previously cancelled several viewings with us yourself at short notice and failing to attend a viewing last week without providing any prior notice. In light of this and the high number of viewings we have had with you previously, we are disappointed that you felt it necessary to leave a negative review following today’s cancellation. We always endeavour to act professionally and communicate promptly, and we trust you can appreciate that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise.

It has been a pleasure talking to Ms Tilly Ryan the past few weeks. I was enquiring about rental properties for a group of new international students coming from Malaysia. Tilly is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and really helpful in her recommendations, taking into account the properties’ proximity to the university and her concern for the welfare of these international students who are moving to Bristol for the first time. She simply considered every factor before making her recommendations. However, we have not, as yet, applied for any property as the students are still waiting for the outcome of their students visas applications. Rest assured, when the students are ready to apply for any rental property, Tilly will be the first person we will contact. Tilly deserves praise for already demonstrating the true skills of an exceptional realtor. She is an asset to CJ Hole Kingswood in my opinion.

Google(Kingswood Branch) WOW where do I start. This company especially Kerry, Eva , Donna, Vickie and Jeni have been just amazing. It wasn't a easy process with a buyer pulling out etc. However this being said CJ Hole went above ans beyond to get a new buyer, nothing was too much trouble. Emailed and called with updates all of the time. Even when there wasn't much update we heard from them. From the initial visit from Donna to value the property, to the viewings, and everything since has been 11/10. Forever grateful to this company for their hard work, especially from Kerry. GoogleInitially I contacted CJ Hole Kingswood in October 2020 for a valuation, but decided not to put my house on the market at that point. Mid June 2021, I contacted Donna for a valuation and decided to put my house on the market and it was sold within two weeks! Donna, Eva, Kerry Vickie, Isaac and Jeni work incredibly well as a team. They were highly experienced in their fields of expertise, friendly and extremely helpful not only in the sale of my house, but also the purchase of the new one. People often say buying or selling a house is a very stressful situation, however I cannot speak highly enough of the team in the Kingswood office and would like to thank them for the incredible service they provided. With their help and guidance, contacting solicitors, my buyers or even the branch I was buying from, they took away the stress of it all and made it such an exciting experience for me. I have now been in my new home just over a month and can’t believe how quick the entire process was.
