GoogleHad a viewing with someone called Jess the other day. Very friendly and warm. Took my partner and I through the house and garden and was happy to look up any information they didn't have the answers to for us. Unfortunately the property itself was a lot less promising than it's listing made it out the be but altogether the process of the viewing and booking was made very easy for us and we will definitely be looking at other properties through them again.

We had received a personal recommendation to use the company (and in particular Eva) as she had done a superb job for them. We found Eva both approachable and extremely efficient, keeping us updated throughout the process. She chased both our buyer and our seller which ensured that the sale and purchase was completed within 3 months. GoogleThere are not enough words to say how amazing all the team at CJ Hole are from the moment Donna came to our home we felt like friends were helping us to sell our house. We could call at anytime and Donna, Eva and Oscar were always happy to answer any questions that we had no matter how busy they were. They all work so hard and kept us well informed of the progress of not only the house we were selling but the house that we were buying, Eva was absolutely amazing chasing our solicitors and our sellers estate agents daily and some days hourly :):) . Eva was determined to get us into our new home asap. also it was important to her that our buyers were kept well informed too. We would highly recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. GoogleA million thank-yous....... Is not enough.We are trying to find the right words to describe the team. From the first day that Donna came to our house we were immediately put at ease.Any questions were quickly answered.With Eva taking charge and Oscar doing the viewings things moved forward at quite a speed. Viewings are easily arranged with plenty of notice. We did have a hiccup but that was due to our buyer..These things happen. We have to say that this team worked extremely hard and within a couple of days have found another buyer for us and saved us from losing the perfect house. Communication is spot on with us being informed at all times exactly what was happening. We cannot express how grateful we are. We would easily recommend this team to anyone. Many many thanks Paul & Jo Hi all. Okay so we have now moved in and been here 2 weeks.Internet has been sorted so can now leave a final message for all at the Kingswood branch. The moving day arrived after constant chasing by Eva. We were informed daily on the progress being made.The agents we bought from was a little slow.The handing over of keys was a breeze. We had a couple of questions that were quickly answered. This team here really do know their stuff. It's not just about a sell but about the follow up along with it. Like I said a million thank you's is not enough and we really can't express our gratitude. Just to finish that by the end it feel more like your friends sorting this rather than just an agent. You are all welcome to come round anytime and sit in the sunshine in the garden with a glass of something nice for the girls and a beer for Oscar, which of course will be on us. I can thoroughly recommend C J Hole as a letting agent as they made the letting process so smooth, and did all the hard work finding lovely tenants and sorting all the change of services gas/ electric etc. Thanks to all the letting staff who helped us . GoogleI don't know how to say. I am glad we decided t bought our house though CJ Hole. From the first day I booked the viewing I don't know who I spoke to but she was a really nice lady. On our first viewing the agent who came was very nice also. I met Donna she was very helpful . I don't know how to describe Eva, very helpful, hardwork, nice and very responsive to the emails. I do remember one I did send her an email at 23h after 10min what i didn't even expect she replied to me. Thanks again to all the team of CJ Hole. Keep up.

GoogleI used CJ Hole for the sale of my Dads flat this year and found them very efficient. They certainly got me lots of viewings and from then on kept in touch through the sale even though sometimes things got a bit tense they were always very supportive and chased things up for me. GoogleMartin has been our favourite estate agent we found in Bristol so far. He is a really nice guy and has made viewing properties fun and personal. He's made an effort to pay attention to our likes and Dislikes from our first viewing, pointed out the differences in the 2nd and 3rd. Its really nice to have the same person taking that time to make everything that little bit more personal. He always looks smart and does his research before turning up to the property. He even took the time to fathom out the garage on the property which was ace.

GoogleKerry kept us well informed throughout our sale and when our buyers agent fell short, managed the bottom of the chain exceptionally in spite of other very difficult third parties. Every call was answered despite the hectic nature of the stamp duty holiday and appropriate cover was always available.
