Google(Kingswood Branch) WOW where do I start. This company especially Kerry, Eva , Donna, Vickie and Jeni have been just amazing. It wasn't a easy process with a buyer pulling out etc. However this being said CJ Hole went above ans beyond to get a new buyer, nothing was too much trouble. Emailed and called with updates all of the time. Even when there wasn't much update we heard from them. From the initial visit from Donna to value the property, to the viewings, and everything since has been 11/10. Forever grateful to this company for their hard work, especially from Kerry. GoogleInitially I contacted CJ Hole Kingswood in October 2020 for a valuation, but decided not to put my house on the market at that point. Mid June 2021, I contacted Donna for a valuation and decided to put my house on the market and it was sold within two weeks! Donna, Eva, Kerry Vickie, Isaac and Jeni work incredibly well as a team. They were highly experienced in their fields of expertise, friendly and extremely helpful not only in the sale of my house, but also the purchase of the new one. People often say buying or selling a house is a very stressful situation, however I cannot speak highly enough of the team in the Kingswood office and would like to thank them for the incredible service they provided. With their help and guidance, contacting solicitors, my buyers or even the branch I was buying from, they took away the stress of it all and made it such an exciting experience for me. I have now been in my new home just over a month and can’t believe how quick the entire process was. GoogleThe whole team at CJ Hole Bristol Kingswood were outstanding for the whole duration of our tenancy, however Scott Tanner was especially brilliant! He changed our opinions of our previous letting agents (not CJ Hole) which had left us with little confidence. My partner and I were always replied to with a short turn around times, even when things were tricky through lockdown with a professional and polite manner, all round great service throughout 10/10. The workmen they use were always of a high standard and kept us in the loop with work needing to be carried out, again setting an amazing standard especially compared to previous letting agent experiences. We'd like to say thanks for helping us through a tough time and we wish you all the best. Thanks!

GoogleI was completely satisfied with the service I received from C J Hole. They were able to sell my house in a very short time and at a great price, the whole process was made very simple. Their communication was fantastic, always keeping me updated and responding quickly to emails and phone calls. I always felt I was a priority even though I'm sure they had many many other clients to deal with! Couldn't have asked from more from an estate agent, would definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. CJ Hole is criminally incompetent and cost us thousands in legal fees. Their reputation precedes them! My partner and I rented a property from CJ Hole and our experience was horrific. We viewed the flat while works were still ongoing, promised that issues would be fixed. We entered the tenancy for £1250 PCM to find that the flat was still in a complete state of disrepair. CJ Hole made a pathetic effort to remedy the countless issues with the property and rebutted all of our claims. For 4-5 winter months (Nov-Mar), we were without heating, resulting in significant mould and damp. Our bed frame, mattress, and loads of priceless personal positions were completely ruined by this. The extractor hood above the cooker was poorly fitted and hit my partner on the head when it detached from the wall. Several other issues... CJ Hole was continually slow to reply and on occasion, outright refused our urgent requests to have things fixed. Our property manager Marisha should be struck off for her lack of duty and care. 4-5 months of living in abhorrent conditions, personal positions destroyed - an absolute shambles that ended up in a legal dispute. Utterly disgusting.
