GoogleI used CJ Hole for the sale of my Dads flat this year and found them very efficient. They certainly got me lots of viewings and from then on kept in touch through the sale even though sometimes things got a bit tense they were always very supportive and chased things up for me. GoogleMartin has been our favourite estate agent we found in Bristol so far. He is a really nice guy and has made viewing properties fun and personal. He's made an effort to pay attention to our likes and Dislikes from our first viewing, pointed out the differences in the 2nd and 3rd. Its really nice to have the same person taking that time to make everything that little bit more personal. He always looks smart and does his research before turning up to the property. He even took the time to fathom out the garage on the property which was ace.

Every call was answered despite the hectic nature of the stamp duty holiday and appropriate cover was always available. GoogleThe team at C J Hole were extremely helpful with the recent sale of our relative's house. It was a long process (due to power of attorney, then probate - no fault of the estate agents), and they kept their enthusiasm and professionalism constant throughout. They also helped with contact details for local tradespeople, as and when we required. It was always easy to reach them by phone/email, they responded quickly and efficiently, and kept on top of things at all times. Highly recommended.

Dealing with numerous brokers over the past two weeks Martin was a breath of fresh air to us. Professional, courteous and knowledgable he took the time to really try and understand what we were looking for. I cannot recommend dealing with him enough and am only sad that he does not have a house listed that meets our needs.

GoogleWe recently sold our late parents home through CJ Hole, Kingswood. The staff were an absolute pleasure to work with from the first phone call to the final day of the sale. They were very understanding of our situation and worked to our requirements. We were kept notified of every detail and were constantly updated by email and phone. We were very aware that the staff were constantly working behind the scenes to ensure every thing was going to plan. We cannot give a good enough review of our experience. We would strongly recommend them as excellent estate agents.

From negotiating my offer to the seller, to further liaison between both parties later down the line, the team were efficient, friendly and easy to contact. I felt as though they helped to move everything forward quickly and assisted with my family and I being in the flat just before Christmas, which was what I had been aiming for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move within the local area.

GoogleI had previously built up a good rapport with Nick and he knew exactly what I was looking for in a property. I had originally enquired about a complete different property, but as Nick knew what I was looking for, he introduced me to a different property. It was a little out of my price range and was slightly sceptical to view with this in mind. On my first viewing I knew I had to have the property. Nick worked as a great mediator between myself and the vendor. He was open, honest and transparent with managing my expectations. When my offer was accepted, Nick was always on hand to help me, whether this was for general advice or to chase up solicitors and paperwork. I literally could not have asked for any more from Nick, he was an absolute godsend! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Nick for finding me my first property and for a very easy and smooth purchase - something I understand to be quite stressful! Thank you again Nick!

GooglePleasant experience when buying our first home through CJ Hole. Donna was very pleasant and approachable in the process of buying our first home. She quickly responded to any queries that we had and a he was more than happy to complete several viewings with us, after putting in our offer and having this accepted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and did not hesitate to contact the seller with any questions that we had. We had some contact with other members of the CJ Hole team who weren’t as professional, but we would not like this to reflect on the service we received from Donna.
