GoogleOur experience with Adam, Donna, Nick, Matt and Jenni was nothing short of fantastic. They worked collaboratively from the viewing process, negotiating the price, through to completion and even ensuring that we settled into our new home after completion. This was not the most straight forward home purchase process as we had to change our mortgage advisor and solicitor and start the process all over, then we were faced with a rather prolonged admin process due to a backlog at the lenders, yet this great team never backed out, they were positive through our challenge and stayed engaged with us and gave other parties a nudge to ensure the process did not stall. They also gave us some bubbly and gift for our new home. We can’t fault the support we received and will recommend them over and over. There may be other staff who got involved in the background whose names we don’t know, we want to use this opportunity to say THANK YOU and that we look forward to doing more business in the future!

GoogleWe cannot thanks Donna, Adam and Nick enough for their professionalism and support in not only the purchasing of our new property, but the sale of our old property, which was not even on the market, at that point. Two weeks from making an offer on the purchase and having it accepted, to agreeing the sell price and selling our property justifies the accurate and good market value assessment from the team. We are extremely satisfied and thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleIt took us over 12 months to sell our house, first 3 months were a waste with another agent. The rest with CJ Hole went much better. They always had viewings through the door and managed to sell the house multiple times however the chain fell through. Team were proactive and helpful in all cases.

GoogleExtremely good customer service and support from all at CJ Hole. Donna was an excellent customer facing contact, promptly responding to any queries I had. Adam, Charlotte and Nick worked efficiently behind the scenes to arrange the mortgage valuation quickly so we can progress. Adam allowed me to view the property last minute so I could measure the rooms was very nice of him. Overall very satisfied with the estate agents, would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
