FacebookI definitely do not recommend CJ Hole Estate Agents, after being totally mislead & assured over the phone the owners would accept the full asking price, I arranged to view a property which I had to drive 5 hours to view! The erroneous Tom met my Son & I at the property, he was deceitful & totally misrepresented the situation with the property & continued to tell me the owners wanted at least £10k more than the asking price, to say I was livid is an understatement, DO NOT trust what the staff at CJ Hole tell you over the phone or in person! Thankfully we are now dealing with a reputable, reliable Estate Agent & have found a property we prefer… Every cloud has a silver lining & karma comes to mind!! Cynthia James… advising all to seek another Agent!!

Hi Teresa I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience. However, we don't have a Tom on our sales team or within the Kingswood office and none of the team recall such a situation. I've also checked our database and cannot find any records relating to your name. Do you think it's possible that you have mistaken us for a different agent? If it's a different office could you provide some more details please, e.g the property address and booking name for the viewing? You're welcome to message directly, I'd like to help get your feedback to the right place if I can. Isaac - Cj Hole, Kingswood

GoogleAccurate valuation along with good photos and marketing resulted in a quick sale. The dedicated sales progression team then pushed the sale the whole way, communicating with the solicitors regularly to ensure things were moving in the right direction. I will be using them again.

GoogleI was extremely happy with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend CJ Hole at Kingswood. Everyone was friendly and approachable and quick to respond to any contact I made with them. They were on top of the sell of my property from the initial marketing right through to completion, constantly liaising with the buyer and both solicitors ensuring nobody was dragging their heels.I was kept fully up to date throughout. Buying or selling, they would be my first choice.

GoogleCannot recommend the team at CJ Hole highly enough. They managed a very complex sale for me with some sitting tenants who had the place in a right state, navigated viewings, endless pet mess, and negotiated beautifully around some very tricky situations. They were the second agent I employed and the experience with the first lot only highlighted what an exemplary service this team give.
