GoogleHad a viewing booked, it was then cancelled due to snow. However, CJ Hole would not book another day as I was not selling my house through them and we were not on the market yet. Very interesting how it would seem they prefer to stick with buyers who are also selling with them so they can double up on commission and not let the Vendor decide who's offer to accept (whose house it actually is!!) As a landlord myself I will be avoiding CJ Hole and will be avoiding them at all costs

We are sorry to hear of your experience whist trying to view a property with us , we will certainly look into this, if you would like to contact us we can look in to the matter further . We would always inform our vendors the exact position of any potential buyers, as good practice, and ultimately the seller of a property would instruct us on how to proceed and whether more viewings were to be carried out to either proceedable or un - proceedable buyers.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from C J Hole. They were able to sell my house in a very short time and at a great price, the whole process was made very simple. Their communication was fantastic, always keeping me updated and responding quickly to emails and phone calls. I always felt I was a priority even though I'm sure they had many many other clients to deal with! Couldn't have asked from more from an estate agent, would definitely recommend them.
