We sold and bought through CJ Hole recently.If could give them zero stars I would! Avoid them at all costs! Our deal only went through because the team at Ocean got involved to sort it all. They work hard to win your business and treat you like dirt from there after. The house they sold us was also riddled with issues that were not disclosed!I regret having paid them! As I am not sure what I have paid them for!

I just received a call from you and was terribly and impolitely treated. They called to ask about my availability for today and were reluctant to give me more info on the property and started to ask me questions. They didn't allow me to finish my phrase and explain why or how we could be a possible tenant and just kept repeating they can't offer it to us. They literally ignored me and hung up. This is no way to treat a person. I am very disappointed, I had been very well treated in the past from CJ Hole.

GoogleTrying to sell a house when you live 125 miles away from Kingswood, is always going to be challenging, but the team at CJ Hole made the process as painless as possible. From the time they first made the valuation for probate, I felt comfortable and confident in their abilities. Although they may not have been immediately available to answer calls, they always managed to return my calls promptly, and if not able to answer my questions straight away, would find the solution within a short time. Nothing was too much trouble for the team.
I don’t want to single out any particular member of the Kingswood team, as they all work as a cohesive group, always answering the phone in a friendly and cheerful way. They keep each other informed of developments, as well as keeping me aware of what was happening. I would certainly recommend CJ Hole and would use them again, if the circumstances arise.
