GoogleGreat experience with everyone in the office. Amazing efforts from Kerry to help get everything sorted as quickly as she possibly could. Even completed a week earlier than our target date. From first viewing to being in was only 16 weeks. Couldn't fault them at all!

GoogleNot impressed with the lack of interest in this branch, I have been trying endlessly to contact them to view a property and cannot get through and have had no calls back. How can their sellers be happy? Clearly not proactive, would never sell with them!

We're sorry to hear you’re not happy, though we’ve looked into our records and unfortunately can’t find any trace of your enquiry or any contact with HS Property on our system. We endeavour to answer all calls to branch where possible and have a very large sales team in order to manage the high volume of calls we receive, however the team are pro-active, constantly calling out for business in addition to answering the inbound calls, so if everyone is on the phone at the time of your call, we wouldn’t be able to answer it. If you leave a voicemail or send us an online enquiry, we always respond to these the same day they are received (if within working hours) and if not, the next working day. Your review was on a Saturday, which is the most popular day for appointments and so to be able to offer our clients weekend appointments, we have reduced staff in the office on a Saturday. We missed 3 calls on the date of your review, 2 of these left a voicemail and the calls were returned the same day and 1 didn’t leave a voicemail, but we’ve since spoken to them anyway and they do not seem to have an affiliation with HS Property. We take all feedback seriously and pride ourselves on providing a responsive and proactive service to both buyers and sellers, as will be apparent from all our other reviews and the fact we have been the top performing agent in the area for 5 consecutive years. GoogleDonna visited me today to value my property. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. She brought other examples of property valuations and what they sold for, which gave us a really helpful picture to work from. It is clear that the team at CJ Hole are well versed in the properties in the area. I would definitely feel confident selling my house through them.

GoogleHaving contacted C J Hole for a valuation I was visited by an incredibly helpful & knowledgeable chap named Adam who gave me excellent ideas in prepping my house for sale and how to achieve the price I wanted. Viewings were scheduled in blocks for my convenience and my home was very quickly sold at asking price thanks to the excellent negotiators

GoogleSold and purchased through CJ Hole. Amazing estate agents. Went above and beyond for us. Communication through out was excellent and rapid by the whole team. Supported us with chasing solicitors (knew more about our progress than we did at times). Happy to allow us extra access to the property for renovators to measure up and quote. Chased all parties and enabled us to complete a 3 house chain in 3 months to meet the school application deadline. Would highly highly recommend. Can not fault them! A great selling fee and for the service we receive I wouId have been happy to pay more!
