I recently sold my house with CJ Hole Kingswood, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and proactive. The initial valuation was thorough, with a clear explanation of market trends and realistic expectations. Throughout the process, I was kept well-informed with regular updates, which helped manage my expectations and reduced stress. I had previously used CJ Hole’s lettings service and was already familiar with their high standards, but this was my first experience with their sales team. I was just as impressed. They handled all viewings seamlessly, notifying me in advance and managing them independently, which was incredibly convenient. Their marketing efforts were extensive, ensuring my property had great exposure. The sale itself was handled extremely well, but a special mention must go to Kerry Ray, who managed the sales progression. Kerry was an unexpected bonus who made the entire process wonderful. She went above and beyond to keep everything on track, liaising with my solicitors, the buyer’s solicitors, and even the solicitors further down the chain when complications arose. The sale was delayed due to issues with my buyer’s buyer, who was selling a flat (which involved extra legal red tape). Without Kerry’s persistence, regular communication, and problem-solving, I might have pulled out of the sale altogether. She provided weekly phone updates, regular emails, and constant reassurance, answering every question promptly and thoroughly. I have always been impressed with CJ Hole’s professionalism, industry knowledge, and dedication, and this experience confirmed that their sales service is just as strong as their lettings. The service I received was well worth the commission, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to both buyers and sellers. Beyond their exceptional property services, CJ Hole has also been involved in delivering aid to Ukraine since the start of the war, which is a true testament to their company ethos. Their commitment to both their clients and wider humanitarian efforts is truly commendable.

The team in the Kingswood branch all worked seamlessly to provide an excellent experience for us when selling our house. Donna was the first person we met and out of three different estate agent visits she impressed us the most, with her professionalism and enthusiasm. Cannot recommend Donna and the team highly enough. They took over the sale of my home from another agent that I wasn’t happy with and they really did an incredible job of getting my sale over the line. It was an especially difficult time to sale a home with the increase in interest rates and the unknown but managed to achieve the price I wanted for my family home. Great first time experience working with CJ Hole Kingswood to find a property to rent and looking forward to securing one. Booking a viewing is prompt, I have had challenges with others who never get back to you. I got a confirmation for the booking on the same day it was listed and they called a day before to confirm booking for a viewing in Kingswood. The letting negotiator Tilly Ryan was already onsite, ready to take me through on the viewing, I value punctuality. This company has placed a 'to let' board outside of our flats, the sign relates to a flat at the other end of the street, leaving us with the eyesore. We have made 4 requests for them to relocate it but all have been totally ignored. They have been told that we will remove it ourselves but still no response. I hope they won't be too upset when they come to get it back and find it has gone. No more than they're ignorance deserves.

CJ Hole Kingswood assisted us with a probate valuation for a house. When we came to sell it following renovations we tried several estate agents for valuations and to get a feel for the market. The valuation we had from Donna at CJ Hole Kingswood was more realistic than others and we had excellent service and communication from her while viewings were ongoing. Eva and her team provided a superb service throughout the sale of my property. This was not straightforward: the property is old, and several issues emerged during the sale process. This was compounded by me living abroad and not being available to assist. The CJ Hole team set a realistic selling price, which attracted a large number of offers. All through the selling process Eva provided friendly, clear and professional advice. Her chivvying of the buyers and their solicitors helped to keep things moving. We sold our property through CJ Hole in January 2023 and have had an excellent experience. Donna came round to meet with us initially and to provide a valuation. She came so well prepared and we were extremely impressed with her knowledge, paperwork showing other recent local sales and she was very friendly and polite. Donna was excellent to follow up with and promptly came back to photograph and arrange the write up for our house. Jodi handled the viewings for our home and did a fantastic job. Once we had accepted an offer we dealt with Kerry to progress the sale and purchase. Compared to agents I’ve used when buying and selling previously, Kerry was by far the best.
